William D. Rowlett is a native of Dallas. He is now a self-proclaimed “Proud Houstonian”. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas in Austin and law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston. He has been a member in good standing with The State Bar of Texas since 1987.
Mr. Rowlett likes to read, cook and watch Texas Longhorns football in his spare time.
